How we maintain our standards
Pilgrims Hospices is an independent hospice regulated under the National Minimum Standards Regulations (2000) and the Private and Voluntary Health Care (England) Regulations 2001.
Each year Pilgrims Hospices reports to the Care Quality Commission (CQC). The CQC is an independent regulator of health and adult social care in England with an aim to improve and maintain better standards of care.

Mrs Lorna Pollock, Senior Nurse Manager Education and Nursing Homes (oversight of Canterbury Hospice)
