Over 730 ladies turned out in force to walk the impressive 13km from Herne Bay Pier to Whitstable Hotel Continental and back in aid of Pilgrims Hospices.

Councillor leaps from plane for Pilgrims!
City Councillor James Flanagan, launched himself out of a plane at 13,000ft to raise money for Pilgrims Hospices. He took on the tandem skydive to raise funds for improvements to be made to the reception area at Pilgrims Hospice in Canterbury.

Pilgrims Hospices Shop at 2 High Street, Whitstable has opened its doors to eager bargain hunters every Sunday. The Whitstable Shop is therefore keen to find more volunteers who would like to work in its friendly and helpful environment.

New hospice bookshop in Margate needs volunteers
Margate Town Partnership and Pilgrims Hospices have joined forces to turn the old Midland Bank Building into a brand new Charity Bookshop. Pilgrims Hospices are now appealing for volunteer staff and book donations from the local community.

Improved care for heart failure patients
Pilgrims Hospices have just launched the findings of an initiative supported by the Kent and Medway Cardiac Network. The work has national significance and looks at how support and access can be improved for patients with end stage heart failure.
Ashford Moonlight Walk a sparkling success!
On Saturday 26th June, Ashford was aglow with flashing bunny ears and wands as nearly one thousand ladies joined Pilgrims Hospices 'Moonlight Walk - a night to remember'. The cheering procession lit up the 10km route with lights and enthusiasm and the snaking line of ladies was a sight to behold.
