Beckett family to cycle 70 miles in memory of Paul
The family of Paul Beckett, who passed away peacefully at Pilgrims Hospice in Canterbury earlier this year, have joined together to take on the charity’s 70 mile Tri-Hospice Cycle Challenge on Sunday 9th May. The team of nine will be cycling in memory of Paul and to raise funds for Pilgrims Hospices.

‘Team Pilgrims’ to cycle 70 miles
On Sunday 9th May, a team of cyclists from Pilgrims Hospices, including our doctors, nurses, support staff and volunteers, will be taking on the 70 mile Tri Hospice route through each of the three Hospice towns of Canterbury, Margate and Ashford.
Fun and Fashions raise over £1,550 for Pilgrims
Pilgrims Hospice in Ashford held its first Fashion Show at the Ashford Football Ground on Wednesday 17th March and raised just over £1,550.

Half a Sixpence to hold an Art Exhibition in aid of Pilgrims Hospice
Half a Sixpence have very kindly agreed to open their gallery for an exhibition in order to raise much needed funds for Pilgrims Hospices.

Lydd Golf Club raise £2,450 for Pilgrims
The veterans section of the Lydd Golf Club have raised £2,450 for the Pilgrims Hospices. They raised it by running a charity bunker, an open day competition and John Forster who recently celebrated his 70th Birthday asked for donations in lieu of gifts.
Chislet Colliery Bowlers aim to strike £8,000 for Pilgrims
On Sunday 1st August 2010, the seventh mixed triples tournament in the Chislet Colliery Bowling year takes place. First inaugurated at the club by Jim Harlow and his fellow club members, this is one of the most successful events in the outdoor green bowling calendar.
