Patients and carers can call us for advice at any time of day or night, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
The team which answers these calls during office hours is not medically trained, but can help you with queries and book you an appointment with a Specialist Nurse.
Our team can help you with queries, and put you in touch with our Specialist Nurses.
If you need urgent advice about your symptoms, ask to be put though to our on-call Specialist Nurse.
For urgent medical attention please contact your GP or attend the emergency department – this is not an emergency service.
