“Our judges, who included lecturers and professionals with commercial and media expertise, were set a difficult task to decide on the best entries. The winners deserve our congratulations and their work can be seen at the university’s campuses in Canterbury and Broadstairs between now and early December. The images will also be used for the Pilgrims Hospices 2014 calendar. Our thanks goes to judges, Jason Dodd, Karen Shepherdson of CCCU, Mike Butler of CCCU, Malcolm Hide of Imperial Art Gallery, Margate & Leo Whitlock, editor of the Kentish Gazette and to Ian Phipps of the Bourne Gallery for framing the works.”
