Advance Care Planning (ACP) is a process of discussion and planning ahead in anticipation of deterioration in a person’s condition.
The South East Coast DNACPR (do not attempt cardiopulmonary resuscitation) principles aim to provide a consistent approach to decision making across care settings in line with best clinical practice.
This workshop will provide opportunity to explore benefits and challenges in ACP and DNACPR decision making, to help inform best practice in end of life care.
