Description
This one day course is suitable for all healthcare workers and anyone who would like to improve their communication.
The course will include:
- indentifying principles of effective communication
- recognising own personal strengths
- use of a variety of creative and interactive techniques to support learning
- introduction to communication models to support practice
- application of skills using a problem solving approach

The costs for the course in May is being met by the Kent & Medway End of Life Care Training Project, which is funded by South of England Strategic Health Authority.
