Description

This one day course is suitable for all healthcare workers and anyone who would like to improve their communication.

The course will include:

indentifying principles of effective communication
recognising own personal strengths
use of a variety of creative and interactive techniques to support learning
introduction to communication models to support practice
application of skills using a problem solving approach

10th May 2012 9.30am – 4.30pm, Canterbury Hospice

The costs for the course in May is being met by the Kent & Medway End of Life Care Training Project, which is funded by South of England Strategic Health Authority.
