This half-day workshop is suitable for all health care professionals including non PCT staff
As a result of attending the workshop, delegates will:
- Look at the End of Life Care Strategy and the Liverpool Care Pathway (LCP) as an End of Life tool and how it can be used.
- Be given an overview of what LCP is, its history and how/why it was developed.
- Understand what the benefits are to use LCP and how, ultimately, it can benefit your patients.
- Understand how to get started, including pre and post implementation

The costs for this course are being met from the Kent and Medway End of Life Training project, which is funded by the South of England Strategic Health Authority.
