University of Kent

A number of medical and clinical staff from the Pilgrims Hospices are honorary lecturers on MSc programmes at the University of Kent.

We currently have other 10 members of staff studying courses at the University.

Canterbury Christ Church University

Our Clinical Lecturer, Linda Rendle, is designing palliative care modules for the Foundation degree course currently running at Canterbury Christ Church University.

NHS Primary Care Trust

The Primary Care Trust supports the LCP programme to enable Pilgrims Hospices to deliver Palliative care training to Health Care Professionals in the community, surgeries and hospitals.

Help the Hospices

Help the Hospices are currently supporting 15 Pilgrims Hospices staff in furthering their knowledge in palliative care in the form of grants.

University of Greenwich

The University of Greenwich is seeking to work collaboratively with Pilgrims Hospices to provide Clinical Development Skills workshops with the Hospices training facilitators and provide state of the art technical facilities.
