Join the 10k challenge and run for your head and heart this Spring!
Although it’s not possible to stage the postponed Vitality London 10,000 in its usual format this year, you still have the chance to take part in the event and raise much-needed funds for local hospice care.
How it works
We’re inviting you to run your 10k from a location of your choice between Saturday 29 May and Sunday 6 June 2021, and join up to 20,000 runners across the UK in the virtual Vitality London 10,000.
It’s time to ‘Celebrate You’ and run for your head and your heart. The virtual Vitality London 10,000 is a great way to set yourself a challenge, have some fun, and get active while enjoying the physical and mental health benefits of running, which have helped so many of us through the lockdown.
You will receive support every step of the way to help you achieve your goals, whether it’s your first 10k or you’re looking to gain a personal best.
If you sign up by Friday 7 May you will receive your runner number in the post in advance so you can wear it with pride as you complete your 10k.
All you need to do is run, jog, or walk your 10k route on the day of your choice between Saturday 29 May and Sunday 6 June and upload your time!
All finishers will be sent a well-deserved Vitality London 10,000 finisher’s medal and an exclusive New Balance performance t-shirt!

Pilgrims Hospices have limited places in this year’s virtual Vitality London 10,000. These are offered to supporters on a first come, first served basis with no registration fee, just a pledge to raise at least £100 sponsorship in support of hospice care. This is enough to cover the cost of 4 hours of specialist nursing care to an individual living with an incurable illness at one of our inpatient units.
