If you need urgent advice about a patient’s symptoms, ask for our on-call Specialist Nurse.

Our call handlers can help you with general queries, and if you have questions about palliative care they can put you in touch with our Specialist Nurses, Doctors and Consultants. If the line is busy, or your request is not urgent please email us and ask us to call you back.
