For professionals

When one of your patients receives the news that they have a terminal illness, they can have lots of questions and need extra support.

Providing end of life care and support for patients and their families across east Kent for more than 30 years.

Referring a patient to Pilgrims Therapy Centres gives them access our full wellbeing and social programme, designed to manage a range of physical and psychosocial symptoms.

You can also refer patients to Pilgrims for personalised care to stay independent at home and for end-of-life care – on our wards, in community settings like hospitals and care homes, or in patients' own homes.

As well as being here to offer hands-on support for you and your patient, Pilgrims also run a range of courses aimed at GPs and healthcare professionals to help you handle the unique needs of a patient with an incurable illness.
