Pilgrims 24 Hour Advice Line

If you, or someone close to you, is a service user at Pilgrims and needs advice, or if you are a healthcare professional, call Pilgrims Care Navigation Centre on 01233 504 133.

Our staff are able to take your call any time, day or night, seven days a week.

They can answer general queries; if they are unable to answer your query, they will be able to signpost you to the right person.

Please note: This is not an emergency service; if you require an ambulance, contact your GP or A&E for emergency care.
