The first step to get a referral to Pilgrims services for you, or someone close to you, is to talk to your GP or any healthcare professional involved in your care.

They can help you consider whether our services are right for you and your family.

All of our services are free for people in east Kent who are in the later stages of an incurable illness, or who are receiving palliative care.

After Pilgrims has received the referral, a member of our team will be in touch to arrange an appointment with you – at your home  or in one of our therapy centres or outreach centres.

This will give you the chance to ask questions about what's available and what might benefit you most.

The Pilgrims team will work with your GP and other healthcare professionals to ensure you and your family are supported with what matters most to you.

To find out more you can email us or call 01233 504 133.

Please note: The email inbox is monitored Monday-Friday. If your query is urgent and you need to contact us outside of these times, please call our 24-hour advice line on the above number.

We look forward to meeting you soon.
