Tree Recycling is only available to properties in the Ashford Borough Council, Canterbury City Council and Thanet District Council areas.

If you live outside of these council areas, but still wish to recycle your tree, you can bring your tree to our drop-off tree recycling station at Macknade, Faversham by booking a time slot via this alternative form: Macknade Faversham Drop Off Station 2026

Number of trees to be collected*

We can pick up a maximum of two trees per household. If you have more than two trees to be picked up, please send your enquiry to: [email protected].

Is your tree more than 8 feet tall or 4 feet wide?*

If your tree is bigger than 8ft tall/4ft wide, please cut it into smaller, manageable pieces (ideally in half). Please do not cut the tree into lots of little pieces. Larger trees will not be collected due to vehicle restrictions.

Special instructions

Please use the box below to direct us to your tree and your house, including any significant landmarks to help our volunteer collectors. For houses which are named, rather than a number, please give as much information as possible. We cannot accept responsibility for collecting your tree without accurate instructions. We cannot return for your tree at a later time that day due to logistics.

Tree recycling is operated as a free service by Pilgrims Hospices charity. The trees are collected by a team of dedicated volunteers and staff who give their time to support the campaign
