Hadley joined Pilgrims Hospices in May 2026 and brings extensive experience in human resources, employee relations, workforce transformation, and operational leadership across complex organisations.
He has particular expertise in workforce engagement, employee relations, organisational development, and people transformation, alongside experience in building high-performing People teams and strengthening manager capability.
Hadley is his passionate about creating positive workplace cultures, and committed to supporting colleagues through inclusive leadership, practical People solutions, and a strong focus on wellbeing and organisational values, helping to support the hospices in delivering compassionate care.
