Let’s Talk About Death and Dying – New Romney
Tuesday 5 May 2026
Talking about death and dying isn’t always easy - but it’s one of the most important conversations we can have.
Join us at Hub on the Beach in New Romney during Dying Matters Awareness Week at this community event, where you can explore the wide range of support we offer - not just at the end of life, but every step along the way.
Come along and speak to our friendly team to:
- Learn about advance care planning and how to prepare for the future
- Discover our Stepping Stones Bereavement Support services
- Find out how we’re building Compassionate Communities across east Kent.
We will also be hosting a Death Cafe at this event – a safe, welcoming space to have open, honest conversations about death and dying over a cup of tea and a cake.
Talking about death won’t make it happen – but it can make all the difference.
Let’s break the stigma, share experiences, and support one another.
