Tee off at Pilgrims Charity Golf Day

Spend a day at this 'hidden gem' just outside of Canterbury City Centre where you will make your way around this stunning 18-hole course, which features as one of the Golf World Top 100 Courses, by taking part on the Golf Day you will be helping Pilgrims to continue delivering specialist care in east Kent.

This fairway is one of the top Harry Colt designed courses and is set within the Kentish parkland and benefits from stunning views of the surrounding countryside. Once you've enjoyed your round of golf, you will be able to relax in the clubhouse and enjoy views across the 18th hole.

Pilgrims Golf Day Itinerary

Arrive at Canterbury Golf Club at 08:15am, where you will be welcomed to the venue with a bacon roll, alongside tea or coffee prior to teeing off with a shotgun start at 09:30am.

Your round of golf will include:

• On-course competitions
• Complimentary half way house on the 1st and 11th hole

Teams will be welcomed back for a delicious two course meal (a paid bar will be avaliable), prize giving and addiitonal fundraising activities including a raffle; heads or tails and a live auction.

Pricing (per person) for the Golf Day 

We are welcoming teams of 4 to take part in Pilgrims Golf Day.

• £80.00 for non-members
• £50.00 for members of Canterbury Golf Club

Please note: buggies are available to hire at £30 but are limited and they will be reserved on a first come, first serve basis. Please email [email protected] for avaliability. Golfers will have access to cloakroom facilities.

Every generous donation from our amazing community of supporters helps to make sure we can be there for the next family who needs us.

By taking part in Pilgrims Golf Day, you'll truly be making a difference to the lives of our patients. Here's how:

• £90 could pay for all of the medicine used at one of our inpatient units over a 24 hour period.
• £270 could pay for a programme of six 2 hour one-to-one bereavement counselling sessions for someone struggling to cope with the loss of a loved one.
• £500 could pay for a 12 week programme of a Time to Create group for 10 people.
• £800 could pay for one patient's care at one of our inpatient units for 24 hours.
• £1,250 could pay for a programme of 12 full day sessions of a Live Well Group for 10 people
• £1,400 could cover the cost of our community care teams at one of our sites for 24 hours
