Jim has nearly 30 years’ experience in the rail sector working in consultancy, central government and industry organisations in the UK and overseas.
His current role as Director, Rail Markets (South) at the Department for Transport requires strategic, financial, commercial, stakeholder and project-based capabilities, together with leadership and managerial responsibilities.
Jim lives in Canterbury, and in his spare time he enjoys golf, cycling, walking and travel.
