Enhanced Communications Skills Training

Our new Enhanced Communications Skills Training will launch in Spring 2025.

ECST will be delivered through our new education and training partner Frontline Communications.

What will I learn from this course?

This one-day online training develops communication skills and confidence. It draws upon real-life examples from your practice as you reflect upon the challenging conversations you face every day, providing communication models and strategies you can use to overcome them.

Course Content:

Pre-course questionnaire gathering examples of challenging conversations.

1.5 hours online e-learning (this is to be completed before the online workshop, but can be spread out over the 4 weeks prior)

An online one-day workshop that is tailored to the group from answers given in the e-learning
