Dedicate a beautiful dove on our Trees of Love this festive season and come together for carols and refreshments at one of our services across east Kent.

A devoted wife, a loving Mum and a proud Nan, Jade's nan Viv was the heart of their family. Sadly, she passed in September 2024 with the support of Pilgrims Hospice at Home team. Read their story here
