Each Pilgrims shop is managed by a shop manager and supported to run by our team of dedicated shop volunteers, as well as the local community who generously donate items for us to sell.

I wanted to volunteer because it’s a good cause. I haven’t worked in retail before so that makes a nice change for me. I enjoy working with my colleagues, they’re nice people and we have a great manager. It’s nice to socialise.
