Enhanced Communications Skills Training

What will I learn from this course?

This engaging one-day online training is aimed at strengthening your communication skills and increasing your confidence in handling difficult conversations.  By exploring real-life examples drawn from your own experiences, you’ll have the chance to reflect on the communication challenges you face in your everyday work. The session will introduce practical models and effective strategies to support you in navigating these situations with greater ease and impact.

Course Content:

Pre-Learning (2–3 hours total)

• Pre-course Questionnaire
  Complete a short questionnaire to share real examples of challenging conversations you’ve encountered in your role. This helps tailor the workshop to your specific needs.

• eLearning Access (Available 1 month before workshop)
  Engage with over 10 bite-sized training videos, each paired with reflection questions to deepen your understanding and prepare you for the interactive workshop.

1-Day Workshop

• Interactive Online Workshop
  Join a dynamic, experiential learning session delivered online. The day is designed to be engaging and participatory, building your confidence and skills through practice.

• Real-World Role-Play
  Take part in structured role-play activities using scenarios drawn from participants’ experiences. This safe and supportive environment helps you apply techniques in realistic situations and receive constructive feedback.
