Senior Support Administrator
Location: Canterbury - Hybrid Opportunities Available
Status: Permanent, Part Time Flexible Working, 14-21 per week
Salary: ยฃ10,302.80 up to ยฃ15,454 per annum (depending on hours)

The Support Administrator role will work as part of the Corporate Office, supporting the administration of organisational compliance. A flexible โcan-doโ proactive approach, keen eye for detail and ability to work on your own initiative is required to assist with the effective organisation and management of key organisational information.
Responsibilities of the role will include, but not be limited to:
- Managing records and responses to key organisational information including Medical Examiner feedback, CD LIN returns, complaints and legal requests to access information including Caldicott Guardian and Subject Access Requests.
- Maintaining contract schedule and stakeholder register.
- Providing ad-hoc support to internal and external meetings as required, through Agenda setting and taking of accurate Minutes.
- Ensuring published documentation is maintained through regular review in line with retention schedule policy and other checks to support inspections and audits.
- Other duties as required.
The post holder must ensure that services are provided to a high standard, in line with mandatory and best practice guidelines.
Working Arrangements
This is a permanent, part time position (14-21 hours per week) with flexible working opportunities. On site working will include on-site parking and access to subsidised meals during your work day.
About You
To be successful in this role you should have:
- Experience of working in an office environment
- Experience of diary management, minute taking and recording actions at meetings
- Maintaining spreadsheets, databases and schedules of key information.
- Handling sensitive information and enquiries appropriately and confidentially, drafting accurate responses to correspondence and requests.
- IT confident in the use of Microsoft Office and remote meeting software. Experience of Sharepoint (desirable) with a willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Knowledge data protection
- Eye for detail and accuracy, including proof-reading
- Organised, proactive and flexible approach; able to manage and prioritise competing demands, meeting timescales whilst managing own work schedule.
- Able to work on own initiative, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness of processes to support continuous improvement.
- Honest and reliable with a positive โcan doโ and helpful attitude
