Carers Wellbeing Programme

This programme focuses specifically on the emotional needs of the carer - providing a safe environment for carers to consider identity and changing roles, to explore emotions and mood, to look at the importance of self care and to give context to the caring role.

Each session presents an evidence-based topic, designed to be thought provoking and to stimulate open discussion. Carers are encouraged to share their experiences of caring – either positive or negative, and are given the opportunity to learn from the experiences of other carers.
