The Duncan Perkins Memorial Concert held on Friday 26th September at Canterbury Cathedral raised a wonderful £2,922.70 for Pilgrims Hospices. 570 determined runners took part in this year’s Canterbury Half Marathon which is held at Merton Farm. Keen mountain biker and commuter cyclists, Mike Howland and Sam Giles, completed the Pilgrims 100 in May, only having invested in second-hand road bikes in November! Thank you to Sarah Kitteridge who cycled from London to Paris in July to raise £340 for Pilgrims Hospices. The team cycled from London to Newhaven and then hopped on the Ferry to Dieppe and then cycled to Paris.
