Thanet Bridge Club raises £1,200 for Pilgrims Hospices

Joyce Saker along with her members at Thanet Bridge Club have raised an amazing £1,200 for Pilgrims Hospices.
Joyce has been teaching bridge for more than 30 years and has been using her skills to raise money for various charities.
Karen Kenward Fundraising Manager said: “We can’t thank Joyce and her bridge students enough for their support.
“The money raised will help us continue to offer a range of services free to our patients and their families, both in their homes or in one of our three hospices in Thanet,Canterburyand Ashford.
“Pilgrims Hospices has to raise £10 million a year to continue to provide the care we do. We receive over 75% of our funding from the local community and it is entirely due to the kindness and support of people like Joyce and her members.”
